Kirsty Williams, Leader of the Welsh Liberal Democrats, is angered that plans to close the forensic science laboratory in Chepstow, not only leaves 171 people in fear for their jobs but also removes the only dedicated public service forensic science lab in Wales - a massive blow to the Welsh science industry.

Research by the Welsh Liberal Democrats has revealed that the Welsh Assembly Government is failing on its promise to pay all bills on time. The Welsh Liberal Democrats have learnt that providers of vital training for unemployed people are not receiving payments from the Assembly Government for up to two months after they have finished delivering the costly courses.

Councillors in Bronllys and local MP, Roger Williams rolled up their sleeves and got dirty as part of the Tidy Towns project as they tackled Bronllys in a bid to restore its aesthetic appearance. Residents from Bronllys have had enough of rubbish and the negative image it has, so they decided to do something about it.
