Kirsty Williams AM for Brecon and Radnorshire has praised the wonderful work of the Age Concern team in Builth Wells following a visit on Monday 14th September.
Kirsty Williams said:"It was a great opportunity to see first hand the services that Age Concern Powys are operating in Builth Wells. From Advocacy services for older people to forums for pensioners to discuss issues affecting them, there is a lot of very positive work being done.
"Politicians and other professionals do not always hear the voice of pensioners but it is essential that they are not forgotten as their needs are great. Older people need a voice and Age Concern Powys are doing a great job in providing them avenues through which to be heard."
